Oldfashioned Bushcraft

In the ‘good, old days’ every one was good with their hands and able to make useful objects from materials they gathered in Nature. Today, many of these handskills are forgotten and undervalued. On this day you will re-discover and learn the skills of using local and familiar plants and freshly cut wood to make useful and lovely crafts, such as natural cordage, a willow whistle and a carve a project of your choosing (full day may not suitable for younger children).
