Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland Survey

Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland has launched a Scotland-wide survey for people living with a chest or heart condition or stroke. The survey is available from now till 31st July 2018. 1 in 5 people in Scotland are living with the effects of our conditions and we want to highlight the issues that are important to them. Our mission is to create a Scotland where no life is half lived for people with our conditions. We wish to reach as many people as possible.
