DISNEY SINGALONG
Haddo Voices are presenting a free fun Singalong of Disney tunes for children this weekend. In an effort brighten up January for young people in the area, they are to host an hour of singing favourite Disney tunes. Kids and parents are both welcome and children can even come along in Disney fancy dress if they like.
Alice Dennis will lead the Singalong and she will choose songs from The Jungle Book, Lion King, Beauty and the Beast, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Pocohontas and more. A panel will award prizes for ‘Best Costume,’ ‘Best Disney Lookalike’ and ‘Best singer’ for anyone brave enough to try a solo.
The Singalong will be held this Saturday (14th) at the Ellon Kirk Centre at 5.00pm and everyone is welcome free of charge.
Next week the three Haddo Voices Choirs start back for the Spring term. Boys Voices, for boys aged P6 – S6, is on Monday at 7.00 – 7.30pm at Little Arnage, Girls Voices (P6 – S6) on Tuesday at 7.15 in Ellon Parish Church and the Children’s Voices (P1 – P5) is on Wednesday at 6.00 – 7.00pm at Ellon Kirk Centre.
